Job Overview  Work Onsite Set-Up (Eastwood, Quezon City) Fixed Morning Schedule/Day-shift Fixed Weekends Off We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as an AU Mortgage Para-Broker for an onsite opportunity. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth loan application process for clients. You'll be responsible for managing client communications, processing loan applications, and providing key recommendations to brokers. Job Description ​ As an AU Mortgage Para-Broker, you will: Client Communication: Email clients who have been referred or have expressed interest in loans, collecting necessary information to confirm eligibility. Diary Management: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure consistent communication with clients throughout the loan application process. Data Entry & CRM Management: Enter client data into CRM software (FLEX) and analyze it to confirm loan eligibility. Loan Analysis & Recommendations: Assess the client's financial position and recommend the best lender, loan structure, and product to the broker. Document Preparation: Prepare client files and documents prior to broker meetings. Loan Processing: Manage loan applications from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring checklists are followed. Serviceability & Valuations: Conduct serviceability calculations, order valuations, and handle pricing requests. Proposal Compilation: Prepare loan proposal emails to clients using provided templates. Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain proactive communication with banks, conveyancers, and real estate agents, following up on outstanding information. Compliance & Record Management: Ensure all client records are stored correctly and compliance is maintained always. Ongoing Administration: Provide progress updates to stakeholders, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and participate in ongoing training and development. Requirements With 5 years of experience or more in the AU Mortgage industry. Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the loan process from start to finish, with experience in analyzing borrower financial positions. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications and client communications. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively. Multi-tasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple loan applications at various stages and prioritize tasks efficiently. Self-driven & Adaptable: Motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to new technologies and processes. Mortgage Broking Certificate: A Certificate 4 in Mortgage Broking is highly desirable. Experience with AFG FLEX: Experience with AFG FLEX is essential, and knowledge of Broker Engine is desirable. Advanced Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze PAYG and self-employed borrowers’ income, including overtime, commissions, and other non-base salary components. Lender Policy Understanding: Ability to interpret lender policies and compare loan options, keeping borrower needs and affordability in mind.
